The music of this YOUTUBE is Yo Yo Ma playing a "Sarabande" (section/movement) from one of Bach's Cello Suites (No. 1 in G Major, I think--someone mentioned earlier in the comments). Many scholors believe the Cello Suites to have been actually composed by J.S. Bach's wife, Anna Magdalena.
