Becoming a WebHead 2006' course

I've joined this group because I'd like to learn how to introduce and effectively use e-tools and technologies in my classroom. I am very interested in learning how to incorporate web technology into my classes. I hope to get to know everyone as one thing I have learned is that in teaching the more we share the more we learn and the more effective we are in the classroom.

Welcome Message Week 1

Dear All,

We are finally starting our session!

Thanks to all those who have already introduced themselves to the
list. We have participants from the 5 continents with a varied
background which will make our discussions more interesting. And
there are participants in countries here for the first time. Every
year we're reaching farther and farther!

This session is mainly asynchronous, but our discussions will take
place in three different places:
